hey everyone, does anyone have any tips on stopping chronic procrastination habits? my procrastination is linked to my intense anxiety in relation to my perfectionism/fear of failure, as well as my inability to focus on any task unless under immense stress/pressure/time limits. it reached its worst peak last school year when i was procrastinating so intensely that i would start work at 2 am when i had to be up at 6 the following day. my classes are starting up again soon, and i’m fearful of falling back into my bad habits. i’m wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to prevent my procrastination from negatively impacting the overall well being of my life, specifically as a student? thank you <3
