Salonpas patches for joint pain: Yay or Nay?

I like biofreeze best

No idea why but I don't even feel them. Icyhot helps better tbh.

They help for a lil bit. I also suggest biofreeze.

Fair point. I’ve used them twice now and it seems to help. I just remember hearing something about them a few years ago and I don’t remember what it was about
