My FAVORITE for when pain is really bad is the biofreeze roller ball. I take acetaminophen with this, too. It’s a LIFESAVER, but don’t use a heating pad or ice pack with it because it can damage your skin

  @Hange_Zoe It’s a lot stronger than icy hot, so it burns when you put it on. But after a minute, the burning goes away. That could also just be me because I have very sensitive skin.
