fighting the urge to relapse can be difficult, im proud of you for getting as far as you have though! one thing that helps me personally is to find a different outlet; i usually seek out my sister and we just talk or watch tv. if she is not available, i have a playlist with a lot of my favourite albums i listen to that helps me or i focus all my energy onto making art. i know sometimes it feels like you cant escape, but just remember that youre not fighting alone. best wishes!
