Yes! Just out of curiosity, did they take your BP again at the end of the appointment? I get anxious in doctor’s offices (they call it “white coat hypertension,” haha) so my doctors take mine at the beginning and end of the appt. If it’s high in the beginning because I’m anxious, it pretty much always lowers by the end!
