What to do about Shoulder Pain?

I’ve been having some really problematic shoulder pain recently, I don’t really know what to do about it It starts as sharp pain that is just in my shoulder, and then sometimes it makes moving my arm very painful. The last time that happened it made my neck, head, and back hurt, and then made me nauseous and dizzy, I had to lie down. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before? This is a new problem entirely for me My only suspicions are sleeping weird, cane use, or arthritis, but this feels different from what I presume to be arthritis in my wrist
