I have been taking Lo Loestrin Fe since November. I was advised to take it to also periods due to heavy blood loss. I’ve been having cramps for a week or so. Spotting a couple days, and today I can barely move without seering burning pain. Nothing I have taken has relieved it. I have slept like 4 inconsecutive hours in the past 24. Should I be worried?
