Severe Pain and Bleeding for Over a Month

Has anyone else experienced severe pain and bleeding that varies between spotting and heavy and has lasted for over a month? I'm working with a GYN to get a diagnosis but I'm so tired and scared. I'm becoming anemic from it.

I have irregular periods and pcos which is the cause of mine get your gyn to check for pcos or endometriosis

I haven't experienced the bleeding part but I have the pain. I started a birth control today to see if that will help with the pain. We are going to start treating it as endometriosis as nothing else shows up.
