My brother suffers from epilepsy which adds on to my panic disorder…. I literally cannot live a normal life. I have to take 2x 2mg clonazepam in the AM and sometimes I have to bump it because my brain goes “what if he has this what if this what if heart attack what if that” (I have a phobia of heart attacks/diseases). I am at my breaking point. What am I honestly supposed to do?
