So, for the past few months I have been constantly humming - and I mean CONSTANTLY. Today it’s been happening all day to the point where my throat is sore and tense and tight and I am so FRUSTRATED! It has gotten to the point where I myself am bothered by it (which is confusing because then why can’t I just stop?) Whenever I try it just starts up again without me even thinking about it! Idk if it’s something with ADHD or autism or maybe even a muscle issue (vocal chords) related to EDS? Desperate for any insight.
