I hate how dependent my self-esteem is on what my friends think of me. I think they like me then the littlest things send me straight to thinking they hate and resent me and are just keeping me around because they’re afraid of how I’d react when they abandon me.

I’m really struggling with this exact thing right now. The people around me really fill my bucket and when their mood is even a little different than normal I just immediately assume that it’s me. It makes me very insecure

THIS. if they forget to text me back or if something is said in a certain tone, i spiral :( and some days my splitting will be really bad and i’ll start to resent them for not being better friends to me. it sucks and i definitely know how you feel, i’m so sorry
