What do you do when your stomach hurts so bad that you don’t feel like eating anything? Because I always feel pain when I eat, I never crave food and have to make myself eat. Is there anything that you guys eat when you feel like eating nothing?

if youre old enough or in a medical state / legal country, try weed. it helps with the pain, and the appetite. if thats not an option for you, or if you already do that, perhaps try getting reglan and zofran prescribed. the first med helps with the stomach pain, (even a muscle relaxer will work) and the second med helps with nausea. i hope this helped 💙 also peppermint oil pills work like a charm. called 'IBD guard'
You can always try the BRAT diet typically eaten when people have the flu. These things are known to be gentle on your stomach. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast
