Maybe try doing a guided meditation. You can just lay there for the most part while you “un-burnout” your mind if you will. That’s what’s helped me at least
Try for at least 15 to 30 min going outside and just breathing, you don't need to think about anything for 15 min. If you find your mind wandering that's okay just Count your breaths, meditate, maybe take a walk if you'd like. I find this helps me to reset.
