Is there a way to manage losing interest so often in things you fixate on?

      No, not really. But the most important thing is to not beat yourself up about it. Your interests are going to change, because change is human. And that's okay. It doesn't mean you didn't or don't love that thing any less than your new interests, or that you're not allowed to indulge in it as little (or much) as you want in the future.

        @WallyWasTaken2 thank you. That actually makes me feel a lot better. It just gets so draining whenever the interest drops. Then I have nothing to help me through the depression.
