Hi! It’s nice to meet you. Seems we have some health conditions in common. Mine are all worsened by stress, so much of my healing is geared toward managing stress levels and healing from past trauma. I’d love to exchange stories and tips for managing health.

Managing stress of course helps but forgiving yourself has to be first~ especially because whatever happened wasn’t your fault in anyway! For me I started doing Jiu Jitsu because I was sexually assaulted since I was 4 & it’s my way of taking my life back! Feel free to message me if you want to chat more ☺️☺️
