Why do I cry in my sleep?

@rorose ah. This sounds like when I was processing a lot of trauma for the year after my divorce. I ended up scheduling an hour every day to just grieve. Because that’s what usually happened when I got a moment to myself. And when I started trying to process what I was thinking about, journaling, it was my mind taking the chance to physically release some of the stress that I had been hiding just to get through the day.
