What's Your Biggest Struggle?

I've been getting really bad flashbacks and nightmares lately. They really throw off my whole mood for the day.

Dissociation

Mood fluctuations.

Lately I've been struggling with my everyday functioning and being able to accurately assess my emotions. I've been pushing down all of my emotions and now i don't really feel anything

That when I’m depressed, people are concerned. And when I’m too happy, people are concerned.

My body image and managing my bi polar disorder. I get into bad situations from my bi polar and had a lady threaten and try to fight me because of it. I take mood stabilizers but it’s still hard to manage.

I tend to be pretty hard on myself and not let others in. I grew up with the mindset that getting help was bad so I have a very "I have to do it myself" attitude. It's been incredibly difficult to even start trying to unlearn.
