Need help managing urticaria triggered by heat and pressure

most with urticaria take what is called the "Z/Z" combo. It is Zyrtec (ceterizine) and Zantac (famatodine). Go by your doctor's advice. One med that surprisingly helped me was anxiety meds. They prescribe Hydroxyzine as an antihistamine, although it is used to treat anxiety. I actually had better results with a different anxiety med, I can't remember off the top of my head, but it does work, regardless of anxiety diagnosis. Make sure you are going to a proper professional. There is only so much you can do without a prescription. If you want holistic, visit a chiropractor who performs both NAET and NET. I had best success when I had both of these done together.
