Struggling with Chronic Hives: Need Advice

What does everyone use to control their chronic hives? I’ve been taking Allegra and famotidine both twice a day and still breaking out daily. My allergist is very hard to get in touch with and I’m getting extremely frustrated 😒

40 mg Zyrtec, 40 mg famotadine, xolair, and doxepin. Still itchy. 😥
