Self-harm and Suicidal OCD

I do, I have dermatophagia (or wolf-biting) and it heavily ties into my ocd. My hands and fingers are covered in scars and constantly raw/injured. As is the inside of my mouth.

Yes, one of my compulsions is to pick my skin, it's covered me in scars and I didn't even know it was self harm until someone said self harm calms people and makes them feel in control and that's 100% spot on.

I do. Its very hard to deal with as I am a recovered self harmer and attempt survivor. Its a horrible experience and I hope you know you arent alone. ❤️
