I work 6 days a week with shifts that are 7-12 hours long (around 50-60 a week) and I am heavily motivated to keep moving because of my goal of getting a car before the winter months (I’ve been carless for a year now and last winter was very rough on my physically). Sometimes when I work a 12 hours shift and I’m not doing well, sometimes I just think of how much money I’ve made in that one day which is around $150 a day. I don’t know what your financial goals are, but maybe set a small one and really set your mind to reaching it. Also, school time is a massive investment in your education and growth of yourself! I’d hope you are doing schooling for a profession you are interested in so use that as inspiration to keep going! The pay out will be so worth it! I also try and do something for myself at least once a week so I can look forward to something and reward myself for how I keep going even though it’s rough somedays. I will typically go get a sweet I really like or force myself to have a break and go in my music room even though I feel like I have to do a whole bunch of house chores after work. I’m kinda limited in what I can go do because I’m without a vehicle, but I’m sure you could go do things like browse around your favorite shop and get something you want or go to the park or a nature trail and get some fresh air! I think goals and happy little things keep me going the best! I think in general that they are very important regardless as to what you are doing! I wish you healing and growth in your journey!

Honestly at that point, you've gotta search for the small victories, you sound like someone I know in my life, he tries to search for any joy in the small things the simple things, maybe it could help you
