I've been on Prozac for 20 years and had a variety of drinks. Whiskey, tequila, rum, wine, and a couple others. While I've never actually been drunk, nothing bad has happened. Although, I have to agree with jacksonbrebner on it making you extra sleepy.

no problem! and yeah if you're doctor says it's alright then go for it :) maybe try out one drink at first and wait a bit to see how you feel. I don't think anything bad should happen except maybe falling asleep and having a really good nap lol. but of course everyone reacts differently so be careful ! best of luck

ok thanks! I talked to my doctor and she said just take it slow and don’t drink a bunch at once. just wanted to hear other peoples experiences because i don’t want to have a few drinks and then something really bad happen.

I would talk to your doctor about this. but personally, I've never had any problems while drinking on Prozac. it just seems to make me feel kinda sleepier than I would when I'm not taking it. so definitely be careful and I would recommend only drinking if you're in a safe place where you would be staying the night, so not at a bar or something.
