Hey all! I’m having a really rough day with all of my chronic illnesses. So, my depression is super bad. It’s always been super bad, today is… Super super bad lol. I have treatment resistant depression so what I’ve been doing lately is transcranial magnetic stimulation. Has anyone else done this? I’m two weeks into it. I’ve had a couple of days of complete depression relief which has been wonderful since this has been an affliction since forever ago. I’m not doing so great today. Anyone have any good jokes? Anyone relate?
