Struggling with Chronic Pain and Illness

I was recently just at the same point of “I can’t do this any longer.” I’ve suffered from depression, some anxieties and OCD for a few years now, and chronic migraine for about a year. This process of suffering feels like too much to bear, but know that the process of getting better takes time and that better days are ahead. Please don’t give up. Don’t give up! I know life can be trying. At least the sickness you have will go away soon and the migraine will eventually end. I’ve been in pain and exhausted for a long time myself. We just gotta push through!
