Seeing Shadows: Is it Bipolar or Something Else?

My therapist actually asks me if this happens, which it does. Since I've been on busporine for my anxiety it's almost completely stopped. It makes me even more anxious when I think I see something, especially at night. I'd definitely mention it to a therapist.

As far as I'm Aware I don't have bipolar although it's possible. But most of my life I've had moments where I see, hear, and feel things. Like whispers when nobody is around, witness shadows, and feel a light brush on my arm. I always believed it to be spirits but my husband said it's possible that I'm imagining them. And I know it's possible. I'm waiting for my first appointment with my therapist to bring it up.
