Dealing with Chronic Pain from Allergies and Inflammation

Maybe look into MCAS if allergies are causing chronic pain, just a thought, I know mcas can definitely cause pain and lots of different allergy symptoms including reacting to things that you thought were safe before

Yup! My hip used to lock all the time! Now most of my joints (including that hip) just decide to stop working when in a flare. It's really annoying and painful.
