Feeling Unheard with Chronic Pain Symptoms

Hi. This is my first time here. I've been feeling pretty unheard with all the symptoms I've been experiencing so I wanted to give this a try. Anyway, does anyone else experience pain in the joints all over brought on by heavy fatigue? Tired of feeling like a hypochondriac by my providers 😔

Yes, all my joints hurt pretty consistently. Its worse if Im cold too. Sometimes I can barely bend my legs to walk at the end of the day.

I understand my knees hurt me so much somedays I have to use a cane on stairs just to go up or down. I cant even walk around grocery stores, with out using a scooter.

the only thing that I've found that helps is watching my diet w/ sugar? It might be in my head but that's the only other thing I can think of that brings on the "episodes" as I call them but God it's BRUTAL. I don't understand how inflammation like that is not shown in a test. Are your symptoms all the time or only when you're over tired like me? (Not that I'm not fatigued all day long lol)
