With Latuda, you're supposed to eat at least 350 calories. I usually take everything right I take after dinner, that way I have a full belly

Peanut butter toastšš½
I take 6 pills in the morning, Iāve been advised to have two forms of protein and a large breakfast and then wait 30 minutes before taking my 6 pills for the day as to avoid the nausea. It is hard to do as I am not a breakfast person. I want to know easy and SMALL meals thatās have a lot of protein but are not too sweet or full of texture (yogurt is not always an option and neither are nuts) what do you do when your not a breakfast person but you absolutely have to eat enough food for your meds?
@Kat1303 so i use to do that, but I get so sleepy from the medication that by 6pm I was asleep from the medication so my doctor has advised me to eat the 350 calories and then take the medication at 8:30/9 instead of 5/5:30. But I take 6 pills at once in the morning and at night and am struggling with nausea in the morning (not just after latuda)
