Managing Nausea While Taking Multiple Medications

I take 6 pills in the morning, I’ve been advised to have two forms of protein and a large breakfast and then wait 30 minutes before taking my 6 pills for the day as to avoid the nausea. It is hard to do as I am not a breakfast person. I want to know easy and SMALL meals that’s have a lot of protein but are not too sweet or full of texture (yogurt is not always an option and neither are nuts) what do you do when your not a breakfast person but you absolutely have to eat enough food for your meds?
