Need Help with Hyperpigmentation Scars on My Face

I am an Indian guy with light brown skin tone suffering from hyper pigmentation on my face since last 5-6 years. Its on my cheeks, ear and surrounding my eyes area. Its dark brown coloured scars of small pimples appearing 1-2 every week. Once it heal or once i poke it, the dark scar never disappears or lightens. I have tried lots of over the counter oral drugs bit nothing worked. Currently trying Curology’s custom tretinoine cream every night since almost 3-4 months but I don’t see much difference. I will really appreciated if some one like me had this and got victory over the scars.
