Just make sure that none of the supplements interact with any medications you take, or with each other.

GABA, saffron, st John's wort, kava, valerian, CBD in edible form. Not all at once obviously. But at various times of the day

L-theanine feels like natural xanax. Cannabis

L-Theanine (amino acid used for both calm clear focus and sleep/relaxation), Valerian root (herbal supplement with sedative effects), 5-HTP (precursor to serotonin) And if you’re located in a legal state, high CBD-low thc tinctures/gummies from a reputable/state licensed dispensary may also help if you’re open to using cannabis products. Only thing is that the effectiveness/response can vary from person to person, and the formulations vary depending on the dispensary. These are the non-pharmaceutical remedies that work for me. Hope this helps!
