    When things are really bad I make sure I'm not alone. I talk about it & have a good cry. I'm on zoloft & buspirone. You might want to try counseling

    I've tried counseling for years, it doesn't seem to work. I can't take any kinda medicine right now due to being pregnant

    Congratulations. Have you talked to your OB about it? There are things they can try while you are pregnant.

    I have a puppy. And I look at pictures of my (now dead) dog (RIP Lady 14 March 2006 to 06 Dec 2020) and my 2 year old puppy.
