people with BPD: do you feel "confused" and "scared" almost constantly? those are the two words I use most in my written diary. sometimes they are the only two things on my mind. just looking to see if anyone relates.

Confused and scared is my regular state of being. I feel like I often struggle in fight or flight with such little adverse stimulus.

I have very bad anxiety and am very often afraid bad things will happen when I'm out. But even when I'm home in my safe space I'll get scared of 'monsters' in the dark. I realize that's normally a childish thing, but it does affect me on bad nights.
