Long COVID and Chronic Sinusitis: Seeking Advice

Yeah long COVID has caused me many problems. I can really relate to dizziness and vertigo, I can barely ride in cars anymore. It also screwed with my breathing a lot so I can’t play flute anymore which sucks.

Yes I do, i have long Covid and I have persistent headaches, bloody and green mucus for about a year now as one of my symptoms. I use a nasal spray and saline sometimes I find that breathing in steam helps a lot with it. It is frustrating because none of my doctors know what is going on..
