Anyone ever have the sensation they aren’t breathing right, feel like there suffocating, or like their about to stop breathing and it lasts for hours?? No heart racing, everything normal besides feeling like your being suffocated and just can’t breathe, like your body forgot how to

Yesssssss it’s so weird. I learned how to take my mind off of it and let it be. Not let it scare me anymore. And eveything is fine after that. Keep practicing keep trying it will get better

@Johnj I got COVID back in may and didn’t know I had it. One day I’m working out, the next moment I think I’m dying and having a heart attack. Can’t breathe, whole body went numb and tingly, BP was 200/100 and HR was 180. I’m a very fit male, 30. Since then almost a year ago, the first few months I would have these episodes multiple times a day. Feeling like I can’t breathe right for hours and days. After around month 6 they weren’t as often or severe, but it’s still there. They gave me Zoloft which seems to help a little, but like I said, it’s still there . Extensive heart, brain, lung work up was done and all normal. My main complaint now is feeling like I’m being sufficated randomly like I forgot how to breathe, could last 5min or 5hrs. And feeling like something is just off. Like I’m not myself. My heart does t race anymore, maybe once in a blue, same with chest pain or pressure. But idk, it’s hard to believe the drs
