Breathless and Taking Extra Deep Breaths

On days where my other LC19 symptoms are noticeable, I really struggle with becoming short-of-breath often, so you’re not alone. It can be really limiting sometimes.

Yeah I found it was really bad in the beginning I had to walk to sixth form and it doubled the time it took as I needed to take breaks. The worst for me was when it was cold, felt like ice was forming in my chest I'm starting to cope better now.. still good days and bad.

Yes. It varies day to day. Some days its like my rib cage is in a vice

Yes, it has been my main symptom and it's awful. My GP hasn't been much help unfortunately but I know exactly how you feel!
