Advocating for My Health: Struggles with Doctors

^^^^^Yes, I agree. The people I work with sympathize but they do not fully understand. I feel they are trying their best though. Do your symptoms tend to change on you? Some days it’s one thing and then other days, it’s something else. At least it has been in my experience.

I found one that is finally trying to help, but they don’t understand and it’s so difficult to get them to understand. But I will say that it’s finally getting a bit easier, and I share some articles with my doc from Mayo Clinic and Cleveland clinic and she has been at least nice to me.

I feel functional medicine doctors and/or autoimmune clinicians are best in conjunction with traditional medicine doctors! They have all seemed to take me seriously. So, there is hope! 💕

I have found that part difficult but I think what is more difficult is that there is no good treatment yet - each symptom for long Covid is currently being treated individually rather than getting to the root of the problem ❤️ hang in there I am hoping it will get better
