Advocating for Yourself: Dealing with Disbelieving Doctors

I’ve had some bad drs but you have to keep looking! I finally found an awesome dr and have been with over 10 years. She really understands my disease 💕

Yes!! I went to a different doctor and made sure that I told the doc that if they were unwilling to be proactive in helping me then I will go elsewhere. I was lucky to find a good one finally!! It is so depressing and so demeaning and demoralizing the way some doctors treat people.

Yea you can’t change their mind. They’re the worst. Find someone else that is willing to help. I’m sorry and good luck!
