Need advice on over the counter medicines

I’m only on over the counter medicines like Tylenol and Ibuprofen. My family doesn’t think I need any medicine and I can’t get it by myself. Does anyone have any advice?

Why do they not let you take it? these pills in small amounts most of the time can't cause dramatic results. Regardless, you can treat yourself in other ways than medications like physiotherapy, acupuncture.
