In the last 4 to 5 years, my body just isn’t feeling or working properly, and I am over-whelmed with all these problems, and have no clue why my Dr hasn’t helped or guided me, to become a healthier and pain-fee individual? I have no clue and when I asked what I could do, the only response I got was: Quit Smoking!! I thought they were there, to guide and help us? I am so lost and don’t what I should be doing, to help myself??
