Struggling with Multiple Surgeries and Chronic Pain

Heart surgery only when having pre op for left knee replacement. So had open heart surgery due to leaking valve Left knee replacement now awaiting right knee replacement Had major spinal surgery twice Both due to stenosis And later decompression of L3/L4/L5 Right side lack of power And so balance is poor SI disfunctional Bigger regret that despite two major spinal surgery still left side with lack of power and balance SI joint brings serious pain when walking Nerve blocking only works for 6 months
