I was diagnosed about five years ago and will be facing surgery soon myself. It terrifies me. My cardiologist told me five years ago that it would be open heart surgery but I’m really hoping for some new technique that won’t require it but haven’t seen anything. If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you?
