This is a very common thing I see with anxiety and panic disorders. It’s apparent to me that parents don’t want to accept that “THEIR” child has these debilitating issues especially if they possibly caused it. I have found most posts like this the parents are conservative(I’m sure not always) this is just an observation not a jab at anyone. They have grown up being told it’s not okay to share emotion or share your problems. I’m really sorry that you don’t have a support group. I hope that we can at least help a little!
