got out of hospital yesterday after spending 24hrs+ in observation after two seizures. my partner didn't answer the phone the entire time I was there. I feel so tired and drained and hopeless and confused today and not sure what to do. just going to rest today and leave the big questions for later. I also suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, and bouts of depression so that's not helping :( any self care tips?
