Do not stop Buspar without talking to your doctor first. Stopping it cold turkey can cause more harm than good to your mood and your internal organs. If you are concerned contact your doctor asap and have them give you a safe step down method if they feel it's better to end that particular treatment.

  @katc I can vouch for this as far as mood. I take it 4 times a day and my insurance messed up for a couple weeks and wouldn't refill it. That's a Rollercoaster I don't want to ride again.
