Guess it depends on the symptoms - sleep I try to make sure I don’t drink too much caffeine and if I have sleep meds I take or have any PRN to take that help when I need them have them available. Make sure to limit my phone time near bedtime. To try and limit my excitement. Another is to limit my phone time to stay away from Amazon…. Or other shopping sites. Plus any stores when I go out so I can keep overspending under control if at all possible which I have to do. I learned my lesson a long time ago about speeding so I don’t do that. I can’t afford a ticket. I don’t drink and I stay away from drugs except THC gummies which I do at home for pain. Not sure what else I can say.
