Hi, I suffer from arachnophobia and Coulrophobia. What helped me the most was going to do exposure therapy. I went to a psychologist who really helped me cope. For example, in my arachnophobia at the beginning we talked about it and then we did a kind of "guided imagery" where I have to imagine myself holding a spider. From there we continued to watch videos about spiders, we went to watch a man raise spiders until I was even able to hold one. Have you tried exposure therapy?
