It’s seems like my depression has changed… am I the only one? For as long as I can remember I’ve struggled with extreme seasonal depression and even though it sucks every year I’ve learned how to handle it but recently my depression seems like it has changed. It seems to me like the symptoms I have with my depression has changed and so has my depression itself. It seems like it’s not going anywhere even though around this time of year it starts going away. It doesn’t help that my anxiety has been at an all time high too. Am I the only one who feels this way?And does anyone have any tips to deal with this change?
