        @UpendedLife CHF if u look online says 1 to 5 years but I've seen people say they have it for 20 yrs so .. idn

      Yes, I am scared of having a heart attack and dying without 10 years of diagnosis . I need to get up out of my chair and walk and exercise. I have developed a cough and cough flem. Does anyone do this?

        @KimDuck thanks for answering guys. Nice to know not alone in this thought. Am scared to not see my grandsons grow up. My dad died at 60 from CHF. Difference I quit smoking immediately he didn't quit so hoping gives me more time
