It seems to me ( Alter ) that our Host is in a state of hatred. I didn't noticed it before, well I did but thought he was hating an fighting flash backs. I laid us down for a nap an he started saying in repetition "I hate you". Maybe subconsciously he is hating me or another alter? this can't be true he is aware of us. an Loves us all so much, I wonder if he is embarrassed of his entire life. probably wouldn't be so bad if not for our current dwelling area.
