has anyone here tried alternative treatments? ie . Urolift or Rezum?

Not sure what's really going to work.. Saw palmetto needs to be in the pure form to even begin to be effective. But seriously hard to find in the purity I've done the Urolift with about 70 % effectiveness. I take tamsulosan which has helped.. they want to perform Rezum on me but my insurance won't cover it.. Claiming its Exploratory.. so.. im just living with all of this for now
